1. Refer a Friend – Existing customers, accountants and estate agents can refer potential clients.

Referrer and the customer has the choice to decide whether to accept the cash reward or ask to pay the cash to a charity of their choice.

Eligibility criteria

  • Referrals must be for residential mortgages within England and Wales
  • The new customer must not have previously applied for a mortgage with Kingston Finance Ltd.
  • The referrer must provide the referral before the new applicant applies.
  • The mortgage application must be approved and completed for rewards to be issued.

Pre-Qualification Criteria for Referred Applicants

A referred customer must meet at least four out of five of the following criteria before proceeding with a mortgage application:

A. Financial Eligibility

  • Minimum Income: £25,000+ per year (single) or £40,000 (joint application).
  • Credit Score: Minimum 600 (or “Good” rating based on UK credit reference agencies).
  • Deposit Availability: Minimum 5% deposit for standard mortgages.

B. Property & Loan Suitability

  • The property must be residential and located within England and Wales
  • Mortgage value must be at least £250,000.
  • The applicant must be a UK resident and at least 21 years old.

C. Employment & Income Stability

  • Must be employed (full-time, part-time, or self-employed) for at least 12 months.
  • Self-employed applicants need two years of verified tax records.
